Our Story
Edyca, Corp. was founded in 1976 by my father, a University of Havana educated civil/structural engineer with extensive project experience in roadways, bridges, tunnels, aqueducts, hi-rise buildings, and residential projects in Cuba and the United States. For ten years, Edyca, Corp. was engaged in land acquisition, engineering design, permitting, and construction of custom residences. The engineering profession runs deep in our family as three of his descendants earned post-secondary degrees in civil/structural, mechanical, industrial, and environmental disciplines. From 1986 to present, our family has amassed over 48 years of combined experience directly engaged in a multitude of engineering projects, and programs, in both public and private sectors. To continue his legacy, Edyca Engineering was established in 2020 as a licensed and registered engineering firm in the State of Florida with the goal of providing a comprehensive range of professional engineering services.
